After-school and evening activities canceled
Monday, February 5, 2018
As a precaution, all after-school and evening activities in Pattonville are canceled for today, Feb. 5, due to concerns about incoming winter weather. The National Weather Service-St. Louis issued a winter weather advisory effective at 4 p.m. today, which states "ice accumulations of a light glaze are expected.” Elementary and middle school after-care programs will be open as normal until 6 p.m., to enable parents adequate time to pick up their children.

Immunizations for Next Year's 8th Graders
Immunizations for Next Year's 8th Graders
Friday, January 12, 2018
Dear Parents of Seventh Grade Students,

I hope everyone had a happy and healthy winter break. With the New Year I begin thinking ahead to the next school year regarding immunizations. Missouri state law requires all students entering eighth grade to have received a Tdap and Meningitis vaccine before the first day of school. Students who have not provided proof of these immunizations will not be able to enter school. Many times a student did receive the immunizations but a copy was not provided to my office. I ask at this time to check with your student’s physician to see if these immunizations were indeed given and if so a copy emailed, faxed, or hand delivered to me so that I may update their record. If your child has not received one or both of these immunizations please make sure they receive them before school starts in August. These immunizations are also provided for a nominal fee at pharmacies like Walgreens, CVS, Walmart , and some Target stores, as well as an Urgent Care Facility,  walk in clinics and the Health department.

Taking the steps now to ensure your students health records are up to date will make for a smooth transition to eighth grade and ensure schedule and laptop pick up in August hassle free.

Thank you,

Debbie Richter RN
